How does it work?

VIDEO TOURS: Real Estate Agent creats a new account (includes name, address, & contact information), Agent adds new listing (includes MLS #, address, # of bedrooms, & price), Agent pays with credit card on website, you receive email stating there's a new video shoot order & payment, you call Agent to schedule the video shoot, you video the property, you edit the video for the website & create DVD, you upload the video to the listing created by the Agent earlier (through the Administrative area on the website), add link to REALTOR.com (if applicable), and then you're finished!! Finally, the Agent now has access to edit and delete their listing without having to contact you. Remember, YOU set the price that you'll charge for the video shoots. It typically is priced at market value (i.e. the price that your regional market will bear). In the Belleville, Illinois, area the video shoots are priced at $80 per listing. NOTE: all credit card payments will go directly to your Paypal account; we do NOT take any fees for property listings!!
DIY TOURS (Do-It-Yourself): A DIY Tour is create by Real Estate Agent directly on the website, using pictures taken by the Agent. So, Real Estate Agent creates a new account (includes name, address, & contact information), Agent adds new listing (includes MLS #, address, # of bedrooms, & price), Agent pays with credit card on website, Agent uploads 15 pictures to the website, you receive email stating there's a new DIY Tour "Pending" approval, you login into the Administrative section to review the images (making sure the images don't contain explicit material), you approve the images, add link to REALTOR.com (if applicable), and then you're finished!! Finally, the Agent now has access to edit and delete their listing without having to contact you. Remember, YOU set the price that you'll charge for the DIY Tours.
